Register for API or SMTP credentials

Checking

After email verification, Techclick reviews your sender subdomain before issuing credentials.

1. Register

Submit your work email, organization, sender subdomain, expected volume, and transactional use case.

2. Verify

Confirm your email address, then prepare SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for the sender subdomain.

3. Get credentials

After review, Techclick issues API keys or SMTP credentials with tenant-level limits and monitoring.

  • Transactional send API for OTP, signup, password reset, login, receipts, and course notifications.
  • SMTP relay credentials for apps, SaaS products, LMS platforms, and WordPress sites.
  • Sender subdomain setup such as mail.customer.com or notify.customer.com.
  • Tenant-specific rate limits, daily caps, and abuse monitoring.
  • Separate approval path for future marketing email; not enabled by default.

DNS readiness

Required before sending

  1. SPF authorizes the sending service.
  2. DKIM signs mail for the customer subdomain.
  3. DMARC exists and aligns with sender policy.
  4. Use case is transactional and consent-safe.
